MLS Realty of Dallas/Ft. Worth is the only real estate company authorized to work with and provide the rebate program to BUYOWNER customers. You have up to 6 months from the day you purchased your advertising to take advantage of the rebate offer.
THERE ARE NO UP FRONT COSTS!
YOU ONLY PAY WHEN YOUR HOME IS SOLD!
- Rebate is based on the sale price of your property.
- Sale price of home is greater than $150,000 the rebate will be equal to 1% of the sale price but not to exceed advertising fee paid to BUYOWNER.
- Sale price of home is less than $150,000 the rebate will be equal to 25% of the listing commission.
- Buy Owner account must be paid in full.
- Rebate will be paid within 30 days after the sale and funding of your home.
MLS Realty will place your home in the Multiple Listing Service and provide full real estate services for:
3% commission when your home is sold with no buyer's agent involved in the transaction.
6% commission when your home is sold with a buyer's agent involved in the transaction.
